Mark Sievewright served as a contributing author to CUNA’s 2022-2023 Environmental Scan (E-Scan) report. This is the ninth time that Mark has written for E-Scan and this year’s chapter – themed “Back to the Future” – was focused on the future of product delivery and member service for credit unions.
