With more than 30 years of financial services experience, Mark Sievewright has worked directly with numerous Credit Unions in the successful formulation and execution of their strategic, business and technology plans. He is the recipient of a number of industry awards including the Ambassador Award merited by the World Council of Credit Unions (WOCCU) for his services to credit unions.
Mark is a recognized financial services thought-leader with a unique understanding of, and insights to, the digital banking and payment services markets. He is the Lead Subject Matter Expert for CUNA’s newly established Digital Transformation Task Force and has led strategic planning and technology evaluation projects for Credit Unions ranging from $500M to $50 Billion in assets.
Mark has held senior leadership positions at HSBC, MasterCard International (where he led the firm’s brand marketing and commercial services division in the EMEA region), Payment Systems Inc. (where he served as CEO), TowerGroup (where he served as CEO) and Fiserv (where he served as vice chairman and president of the Credit Union Solutions division serving 2,600 credit unions).
In April 2017, Mark established Sievewright & Associates and is uniquely focused on providing credit unions with valuable strategic insights and trusted technology guidance to drive their business growth and member experience initiatives, both effectively and efficiently. He is the co-author (with Microsoft executive, Guillermo Kopp) of a book titled, Digital Life, published in December 2020.
With a passion for the credit union industry, Loretta has spent almost 25 years both as a credit union executive and as a senior consultant helping guide credit unions through their digital transformation journeys.
Loretta is an industry expert specializing in the areas of Digital Banking, Loan and New Account Origination, CRM, Analytics, Digital Payments and holds certifications as a Certified Scrum Master®, Certified Scrum Product Owner®, Certified Kanban Coach® and Certified Cryptocurrency Expert™.
Spending 19 years at a $10B credit union serving as the Senior Vice President of Digital Channels has given Loretta unique insight into the specific needs of credit unions and their members. This foundation proved invaluable during the last 4 years as a Senior Consultant helping numerous credit unions make strategic decisions about their digital goals and future fintech partners.
Jacqui has been a business executive for more than 25 years in global financial, digital and data services companies. Prior to Jacqui joining the credit union movement – as Affinity Credit Union’s Chief Brand and Strategy officer – she was an executive leader and General Manager at several Fortune 500 companies where she led digital innovation, sales & service across retail & commercial banking, investments and insurance as well as global digital product development and distribution.
Over the course of her career, Jacqui has been a national spokesperson partnering with media specialists across Television, Radio, and Publishing from CNBC, Her Money, MarketWatch, MSN, US News & World Report and Yahoo Finance as well as industry publications.
Jacqui was a co-founder of the Wellbeing and Your Wallet Podcast and delivered keynotes advocating for ‘financial readiness’ at the intersection of where financial wellness meets financial wellbeing. Over the last 20 years, she has presented at global conferences such as Money 20/20, Salesforce world tours, and has been recognized by a number of domestic and global organizations including Women in Leadership, and the 50 Most Powerful Women in Digital.
Mark Sievewright serves on the Board of advisors at Micronotes, a marketing automation company serving financial services providers. The company’s fast, automated and cloud-based digital interview platform applies machine learning to customer data to improve customer engagement and effectively cross-sell financial services through the digital service channels. A privately held company, Micronotes is based in Cambridge, Massachusetts.
